| | Reduce the number of colors imprinted |
| | | When printing a design, each color to be used must be printed individually. Therefore, each color requires its own stencil, set-up, and imprint process. By reducing the number of colors used in a design, the material and labor costs are reduced. |
| | Try a white or heather garment |
| | | White is the least costly blank garment color from our suppliers. Heathers are the next step up, and colors are the most expensive. Additionally, white is the easiest to print on, while colors require a slightly more involved printing process. Using white or heather reduces the blank garment cost and the cost of the imprint. |
| | | Reduce the number of imprint locations |
| | | | Each imprint location requires a completely separate set-up and complete printing process. It follows, then, that each additional imprint location will increase the production cost of the final garment. Minimizing the number of imprint locations will help minimize cost. |
